Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
This position seeks a skilled School Psychologist to support elementary students in grades K-5. The role primarily involves conducting assessments, participating in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings, and collaborating with educators and families to ensure students receive tailored support. While the position is based in Murfreesboro, TN, remote candidates are welcome to apply; however, preference will be given to onsite providers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting psychoeducational evaluations for elementary-aged students.
- Collaborating with teachers, parents, and staff during IEP development and meetings.
- Interpreting assessment results and providing actionable recommendations.
- Supporting students social-emotional and academic needs through targeted interventions.
- Maintaining thorough and compliant documentation of all assessments and meetings.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid licensure or certification as a School Psychologist.
- Experience working with students in elementary school settings (grades K-5).
- Strong knowledge of assessment tools and IEP processes.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
- Flexibility to provide onsite support preferred, with openness to remote work arrangements.
